SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Gov. Jerry Brown has signed legislation requiring California drivers to stay at least three feet away when passing bicyclists. The proposal from Democratic Assemblyman Steven Bradford of Gardena is intended to better protect cyclists from aggressive drivers.
