10:15 a.m. LOS ANGELES — The California Endowment will announce a $50 million commitment to its Sons & Brothers campaign, which aims to help boys and young men of color. 1 p.m. LOS ANGELES — Sentencing is expected for George Bustamante. He pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy in a multi-defendant case targeting members and associates of the Mexican Mafia prison gang and their attempt to control drug trafficking among hundreds of Latino street gangs.
