Fisher also assisted on Patrick Hornqvist's first-period goal for Nashville, which snapped a five-game losing streak. Anze Kopitar and Jeff Carter scored for the Kings, who have lost two straight.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Blake Griffin scored a season-high 40 points, overcoming early foul trouble and a career-worst eight turnovers to lead the Los Angeles Clippers to a 98-90 victory over the Utah Jazz last night. RENO, Nev. (AP) — Michael Caffey hit a 3-pointer for Long Beach State at the regulation buzzer to tie up the score, and the 49ers grabbed an 80-77 overtime victory against Nevada last night. Nevada led by five points (67-62) with 1:02 left to play. A 3-pointer by Long Beach State's Branford Jones cut the difference to two and Caffey's 3-pointer after a free throw by the Wolf Pack sent the game into overtime.
