All day. SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco African-American Chamber of Commerce begin a boycott calling for equal representation of African-Americans in the city's tourism and hospitality industries. The group says it wants the city to hold hearings on claims of discriminatory practices and redirect 5 percent of money from the Tourism Improvement District to help recruit African-Americans into those jobs.
