1 held for OC club attack; victim on life support

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — Police have arrested a woman for an Orange County nightclub attack that left another woman on life support.

The Orange County Register (http://bit.ly/1mm8utG ) says Santa Ana police arrested a woman in her 20s Monday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Her name wasn't released.

Police say the 23-year-old victim and some friends were outside The Crosby nightclub shortly before 12:30 a.m. Saturday when they got into an argument with another group. The woman was beaten and left unconscious on the sidewalk.

In a statement, the family of Kim Pham said she's being kept on life support until she can become an organ donor.

There's no word on what sparked the argument.

Police are looking for two men and two women. Investigators are reviewing surveillance and cellphone videos.
