POINT REYES — The national park service will start offering shuttle bus transportation for park patrons at point reyes national seashore who would like to watch the annual pacific gray whale migration from alaska to mexico. NPS officials say there are also recovering populations of northern elephant seals returning to Point Reyes. Through late march 2014.
